BarCheck.net is made available for use only by individuals searching for employment openings (“Employees”), by individuals and/or organizations seeking to make available information regarding employment openings, on their behalf or other’s behalf, including but not limited to agencies purchasing for multiple parties (“Employers/Advertiser”). You acknowledge and agree that your license to use BarCheck.net is automatically revoked upon your attempt to use the BarCheck.net for any other purposes. If you are accessing or using the BarCheck.net in your capacity as an employee or other representative of an Employer or Advertiser, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of yourself and such Employer or Advertiser, as applicable, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such Employer or Advertiser, as applicable, to this Agreement.

BarCheck may make available certain Job Ads for employment opportunities and other job-related content, including links to third-party websites (such listings and other content, (“Classified” or “Sponsor Ads”), through BarCheck.net’s search results. Ads are created and published by third parties BarCheck.net and you hereby acknowledge that we have no control over the content of Ads or related links to and from Job Ads. Some of these third parties may attempt to charge job seekers a fee to apply to a particular job, although BarCheck.net endeavors not to make such Job Ads available on the Site.

BarCheck.net services, links to Job Ads has no control over any conditions third parties might impose once a Job Seeker has submitted an application or left the BarCheck.net. If you leave the BarCheck.net and choose to enter a third-party website, you accept any terms and conditions imposed by that third-party (Website). Except for certain sponsored Ads, all Classified Ads, or related links are indexed and posted in an automated manner. 

BarCheck does not have any obligation to screen any Job Ads, or to include any Ads in its search results, and may exclude any Ad listing from the Site if it contains harmful content such as adult/kids pornography, discrimination/racism, Illegal solicitation, and human trafficking. 

We cannot confirm the accuracy/identity of any Job Listing or other information published by any employer or other users. BarCheck.net assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Ads. BarCheck.net provides search options to narrow down Job Ads search results by job type (i.e. full-time, part-time, internship), and are not a direct reflection of the actual Job Ads. BarCheck.net will only accept Job Ad Listing for free, any other Listing will require a paid subscription.

By engaging any of the services/products via BarCheck.net, you acknowledge that BarCheck.net can only offer you these services under the terms and conditions as presented herein (as-is). In consideration for your use of BarCheck.net you,(either an Employer, Employee or, Advertiser) agree that BarCheck.net will not be liable in any form or shape for your failure to read, understand and agree to its Terms and Conditions, and for any discrepancies developed through the misuse of its services, or engagement with any Employer, Employee or Advertiser, or by clicking a third-party website link. You also agree that you take a risk when utilizing the services/products advertised by an Employer, Employee, or Advertiser. 


As an Employee, you will be charged 25% of your first salary either ( weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should reconsider completing your membership with BarCheck.net.


As an Employer, you have an Obligation to deducting and paying over to BarCheck Guaranteed, (25%) of the first salary of each Employee you obtained for a job through BarCheck.net. This is a binding agreement/contract between BarCheck Guaranteed (Barcheck.net) and parties involved (Employers & Employees). Failure to comply with this agreement may result in legal actions.
